Whenever possible, returned products will be replaced with a free of cost replacement if defective and when an exchange is not feasible, a refund will be processed and you will be refunded within 5 – 14 business days through the method of payment the item was originally purchased. Please note Shipping fees and charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the returned amount in event of a voluntary return where the item is not defective.
